Juan Diarte
Juan DiArte is beginning his third year of teaching at Calli Ollin Academy. He graduated from the University of Arizona in 2003 and is currently pursuing his masters in Special Education at Northern Arizona University. There is nothing else in the world he rather do than teach. He believes that in order to receive trust, honesty, and respect one must give trust, honesty, and respect.

Laura Webster
Ms. Webster began working as Social Studies teacher at COA August of 2004. She enjoys teaching World History, US History, US Government, Graduation project, keyboarding, and Computer Literacy. Laura moved to Tucson from NY in October of 2003. She received her bachelors degree in both Anthropology and Secondary Social Studies from the State University of New York at Cortland. She enjoys the wonderful weather and the outdoors here in Tucson and is glad to call this her home and Calli Ollin her school. She sees the staff and students here at Calli Ollin as beautiful and special people, and she truly enjoys working with them all.

Xavier Teso
Xavier Teso is a native 9th generation Tucsonan, who is a graduate of Marana High School and is currently attending the University of Arizona. He teaches Mexican American Studies and has been working for Calli Ollin Academy for the past 4 years.

Elizabeth Tridico M.Ed.
Mrs. Tridico is happy to be in her fourth year with Calli Ollin Academy, this year as principal and teaching advanced mathematics and information technology. Mrs. Tridico was born in Los Angeles, CA, grew up in the Phoenix area, and has lived in Tucson for 18 years. Prior to beginning her teaching career, Mrs. Tridico worked for several years in the performing arts industry and for three years as a web site designer and programmer. Mrs. Tridico holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and Web Programming, and a Master of Education degree.

Mrs. Tridico believes the best way to help shape social and educational change within our community tomorrow is to lead by example today. She strongly believes in each student's intelligence and capacity for kindness, curiosity and generosity. She hopes to see each student graduate with a firm sense of who they are and where the came from, and the firm belief that they have the tools, education and wisdom to shape their own future.

Mrs. Tridico is married and has two children.

Ms. Garcia a former Calli Ollin Student/ Graduate and now Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent. This is Ms. Garcia's third year working for Calli Ollin. Rosalia has been invloved in the CPLC Organization since 1997 where she was a Xinachtli, Corazon de Aztlan participant, and Volunteer for Chicanos Por La Causa.

Mr. Paz is proud to be one the younger members of the COA staff. He is a native Tucsonan and graduated from Tucson High School in 2001 Mr. Paz has been with COA Schools for 3 years. He is currently attending college and believes students learn best by example. .
